Enroute visit Sydney's premier wildlife park to pat and photograph koalas, kangaroos and many other favourite native Australian animals. Stop for a memorable lunch at Brooklyn village, overlooking the Hawkesbury River. Late afternoon arrive into Hunter wine country where you'll enjoy tasting superb Hunter wines before arriving at your hotel in the vineyards - Peppers Guesthouse.
