The accommodation at Lake Tekapo
Luxury Lodge enjoys spectacular views to Lake Tekapo and the
surrounding Southern Alps. A walkway leaves from the Lodge to the
shops, restaurants, post office.
The four rooms have ensuite
bathrooms - one with separate spa bath and shower, bathrobes,
slippers, toiletries. Electric blankets on all beds. Guest Lounge,
SkyTV, Fax, Laundry, Wireless Internet available by request. Three
rooms have decks with chairs and table. We have disabled facilities.
Separate Guest Lounge with
tea/coffee making facilities, leather lounge suite, huge chess set,
star gazing window, gas fire and many books for your enjoyment.
Flat easy access car park. Separate Guest Entrance from the car
park. Plenty of car parking.
Heating - all beds have electric
blankets, rooms have heaters on the wall, under floor heating in all
of the Lodge during winter, Open Fire in Guest Dining Room.
Cooked breakfast is provided in
the dining room with spectacular views and log fire.
Dinner is taken at one of the many
restaurants down town - we have menus - restaurants are within easy
walking distance on the walkway.
Lake Tekapo is situated on the
South Island of New Zealand. One hour drive to Aorangi Mount Cook
National Park and Village. Three hours driving time from Queenstown
to the South and Christchurch to the North.
